By using Solis AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Solis AI.

Solis AI is a tool that lets users upload a video URL (from YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Reels, etc.), choose a template, customize text, style, and other elements however they want — then our AI automatically detects the best, most engaging moments and creates a polished short video ready for you to upload. We provide the platform and tools — we do not own, create, or endorse any user content.

You are entirely responsible for what you do with Solis AI. Specifically:

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload, paste (URLs), generate, or share using Solis AI.
• You must only use content that you own, have full legal rights to, or that qualifies as fair use — for example, short clips used for commentary, criticism, parody, education, review, or transformative purposes under applicable copyright law.
• We do not monitor, pre-screen, or take responsibility for user content.
• If your content infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or any applicable law — that is entirely your responsibility. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Solis AI harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your content.
• We may remove content or terminate accounts if we receive valid legal notices (DMCA, court orders, etc.), but we have no obligation to actively police the Service.

If you believe content on Solis AI infringes your copyright, please send a valid DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include all required elements: your signature, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, a good-faith statement, and your contact information.

We will review all notices and remove infringing material if a notice is found to be valid. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solis AI is not liable for any damages, lost profits, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Solis AI, or have parental permission if you are under 16.
• Paid plans are processed via Paddle . Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, spam, fraud, or violations of these terms.
• Usage limits (generations, searches, saved videos, etc.) are enforced per subscription tier. We reserve the right to change limits at any time with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Batumi, Georgia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
