This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it when you use Solis AI (the "Service"). We only collect the minimum data needed to run the Service - nothing more.

Information We Collect
Account information (if you sign up): email address, name, profile picture URL if using Google login, and a securely hashed password — never stored in plain text.
Usage information: prompts you use to generate videos, timestamps of actions, and basic device/browser info such as IP address and user agent.
Payment information: handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details at any point.
Content you upload or paste: video URLs or uploads are temporarily processed in memory to generate your shorts. We do not store your videos permanently — they are deleted immediately after processing or download, unless you explicitly choose to save them.

Why We Collect It
We use the data we collect only for legitimate purposes directly related to running Solis AI:
To provide the Service - generating videos, enforcing tier limits, and showing previews.
To improve Solis - fixing bugs and understanding usage patterns to make the product better.
To prevent abuse - rate limiting, spam detection, and fraud prevention.
To comply with legal requirements - if we receive a valid legal request, we may be required to share certain information.

What We Do NOT Do
We want to be completely transparent. Here is what we will never do with your data:
Sell your personal data to anyone.
Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.
Use your uploaded or pasted content
Store your videos long-term. Whenever you wish, you can delete the videos you generated

We share minimal data only with trusted third-party service providers who are necessary to run Solis AI. All providers follow strict privacy rules and only process data as needed for their specific role.

Your Rights
You have full control over your personal data. You can:
Request to see what data we hold about you at any time.
Ask us to delete your account and all associated personal data. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance reasons.

To exercise any of your rights, email us directly and we'll take care of it promptly.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hashing for passwords, and strictly limited access to user data internally.
That said, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats, but we take every reasonable precaution to keep your data safe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of Solis AI after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
